Practical Information
Welcome to Norwegian Senior Open 2026
The format for this three-day tournament is: 18-hole Better Ball followed by a 36-hole Individual event. All three rounds will be played on the beautiful Meland Golf Course, just outside Bergen.
Meland Golfcourse, just north of Bergen, was designed by British architect Robert “Bob” Hunt
and opened in 1999. Set in a rugged coastal landscape with views of fjords, forests, and mountains,
it’s one of Norway’s most scenic and challenging courses.
Each hole feels unique, with elevation changes and tight fairways that reward precision.
It’s not just a round of golf—it’s an experience shaped by Norway’s dramatic nature.
In the event we welcome all Professionals and amateurs golfers with hcp max 18.
Current handicap certificates will be required from all amateurs upon registration.
Age: Professionals and amateurs 50 and over.
