Welcome to Costa Ballena and the fantastic Costa Ballena Ocean Golf Club!
​
Costa Ballena Ocean Golf Club began construction in the mid-1990s and was designed by Spanish champion José María Olazábal and his architectural firm, Integral Golf Design.
​
The 27 competition holes and the 9-hole par-3 course were designed on a relatively flat estate, creating an extremely versatile layout that is easy to walk and allows players of all skill levels to enjoy the game equally.
Open for play for over two decades, it has hosted all kinds of competitions, including the Professional European Qualifying School Second Stage, the Costa Ballena International Quadrangular, the Copa de S.M. El Rey, and the Copa de S.M. La Reina. Additionally, it serves as an official training venue for various European National Golf Federations.

This event is a 18 hole better ball event followed by a 36 hole individual event,
​
In the event we welcome all Professionals and amateurs golfers with hcp max 20.
Current handicap certificates will be required from all amateurs upon registration.
Age: Professionals and amateurs 50 and over.

Thursday 16th - Better ball event, meet and greet in the clubhouse.
Friday 17th - Round 1, players night in the hotel.
Saturday 18th - Round 2 and prize ceremony after the round.
