Welcome to Padova Senior Open 2022

This event is a 18 hole better ball event followed by a 36 hole individual event, all of which will be played on the two beautiful courses: Golf Club Frassanelle and Albarella Golf Links.

​

Golf Club Frassanelle designed in 1990 by architect Marco Croze in a wonderful nineteenth-century park of over 200 hectares, presents great suggestions and is rich in flora and fauna.

​

The playing field is surrounded by a pleasant landscape of the Euganean Hills and it is just few kilometers from the famous thermal spas of Abano Terme. Large open spaces, forests and lakes, strewn along the way, soften and beautify the landscape and make the game more challenging.

Albarella Golf Links is known all over the world as ‘the golf course born of the sea’.

Designed by the English architect John Dering Harris, it covers 70 hectares of land between the sea and the lagoon of the Po Delta Natural Park, in an 18-hole course characterized by a series of obstacles of water and sand, that put a strain on the skill of the players with dunes, lakes and wild olive trees.

In the event we welcome all Professionals and amateurs golfers with hcp max 20. 

Current handicap certificates will be required from all amateurs upon registration.
